Our Leadership Team

Victoria is the Operating Partner of Kanzun Ventures Management responsible for the strategic and operational development of portfolio companies. She has 8 years of experience and research on the rise and fall of business and the evolution of organizational functions.

Prior to joining KVM, she was an Operations Manager and was promoted to General Manager of the Malaysia branch of a China listed business school, Shanghai Action Education. She was recognized for her sharp acumen in building business operating systems.
